For those who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, or stillbirth, Ramadan can be a deeply emotional time. While others celebrate new beginnings, you may be holding space for grief. But your experience is not forgotten—your loss is still honored.
Grief & Spirituality: It’s okay to feel conflicted between faith and loss. Healing is not linear.
Creating Rituals of Remembrance: Lighting a candle, writing a letter to your baby, or saying their name in prayer can be a way to honor them.
Finding Support: Lean into your community, whether it’s through family, a support group, or a trusted birth worker.
Ramadan is about reflection, and that includes making space for both joy and grief. Your loss does not define you, but your love for your child will always be sacred.
